A series of online conferences, meetings and workshops, around the world, in which artists come together and collaborate around specific themes
Issue of the process
Reallocate art's real role; that of being a vector and engine of societal development
Promote a new transnational philosophical culture focused on mass cooperation and interdisciplinarity and then initiate this new movement of "Renaissance"
Note
The term “symposium” is commonly used when it comes to artistic encounters and the creation of works in public sanctioned by a jury after a competition.
Lead wire
A series of lively events taking place in several countries simultaneously, over a full year (12 months) and open to the general public in which artists are at work following dedicated themes.
Concept
Welcome, online, on several occasions, for a few days, painters, digital artists and illustrators of all kinds and in various disciplines. These artists are previously chosen according to criteria such as: Radiant Expression, Positive Approach and Philosophy.
The purpose of the events
Allow unconventional, unmediated, isolated and even sometimes "marginalized" artists working in an idealized process to reveal to the general public their artistic creation activities of positive conceptual, abstract or figurative works. Allow a novice or expert audience also coming from all walks of life to discover these extraordinary artists at work.

The media coverage of events is provided by numerous websites, social networks and blogs specializing in culture - Televisions from around the world - Web TV positive EL4DEV
Organization / composition
Conferences presenting the “PAPILLON SOURCE” project, collective reflection meetings and creative workshops are organized in all countries simultaneously or not.
Each collective reflection meeting and each creative workshop will bring together exactly 30 artists per country (the same 30 because these 2 events are linked and follow each other automatically, with the same actors).
1 collective reflection meeting + 1 creative workshop per month will be organized.
Each month, the events welcome new artists, 30 in number, from each country. A presentation conference of the “PAPILLON SOURCE” will take place on the sidelines of all these meetings, during the first month.
A project closing conference will take place during the 12th and final month.
Everything will therefore take place over a period of exactly 1 year. Teams of facilitators are present online to host each event, in each country.

This is a great opportunity to meet resource people who are sensitive to the advent of a new philosophical culture.
One topic per month (from the 2nd month to the 11th month) will be approached, i.e. 10 topics in 10 months.
Multilateral symposia
These events are simultaneously organized, online, in all countries of the world. The organization and number of events are therefore exactly the same in each country.

The future generations
Same principle for children who wish to express themselves artistically; facilitators will be present to guide them technically and artistically. Their artistic expressions are free, and prizes will be awarded to each (promotion of artistic expression).
Purpose of the Symposia
At the end of all the events, all the adult works will be purchased, without exception, at a price ranging from 300 Euros to 3000 Euros by the EL4DEV program.
The purchase price will depend on the quality of the works and will be determined by a jury of the EL4DEV program, in each country.
They will subsequently be exhibited in the art galleries of "The Papillon Source" tourist cities in each of the countries in which the events took place.
The children's works will also all be exhibited in the art galleries of the cities within the "Mini Papillon Source", modules dedicated to children co-creators in tourist cities.
This action of promotion through art is an integral part of a transdisciplinary movement of co-creation initiated by the EL4DEV program: "The second renaissance movement".
These events therefore represent precious opportunities to disseminate and promote the new transnational philosophical culture and then to initiate this new movement of "Renaissance".
