Torreblanca, Castellón – Showcase, operational base, and prototype of the 21st-Century Ideal City
Here is how I, the undersigned, Paul Elvere DELSART, act for the promotion and international visibility of the small town of Torreblanca (province of Castellón, Spain) through my works: within my cultural universe of fiction-reality (metaverse) called The Green Empire of the East and the West, and within my movement “The Reconquista of Small Towns and Villages” (also called Reconquista EL4DEV or Reconquista 3.0):
I have made Torreblanca the heart and the starting point of the movement. In my books (published in French, English, and Spanish), Torreblanca is explicitly presented as the center of a new rural empire where each small town and village once again becomes an autonomous and thriving city-state.
The narrative blends fiction, cultural manifesto, and operational roadmap.
I have developed an alternative local development plan dedicated to Torreblanca (published on several platforms and presented by email to Torreblanca’s town hall).
I continuously publish web pages and PDF documents focused on “the Reconquest of small towns and villages starting from Torreblanca, Castellón”, which anchors the approach in this specific territory (the documents are in French, English, and Spanish).
I associate Torreblanca with prototypes of experimental infrastructures and governance.
Beyond the symbolic, I link Torreblanca to technical concepts: ecological networks (LE PAPILLON SOURCE tourism and production complexes), vertical agro-climatic green structures called Vegetal Calderas, the creation of vast Bioclimatic Corridors extending from the Prat de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, a stable digital currency backed by tangible assets called the GREEN COIN EL4DEV, a rethought local economy, international intellectual cooperation, and participatory governance - all tools capable of transforming small, isolated towns and villages into true interconnected and autonomous city-states.
I amplify visibility through multilingual and cross-platform communication (currently in 3 languages but many more in the future).
Messages, excerpts, and announcements repeat the formula “A new European and global Reconquest is being born in Spain from Torreblanca, Castellón”, disseminated in French, English, and Spanish, via social networks, on Google Play, Amazon, in numerous online bookstores worldwide, and across a network of thematic websites.
This systematically associates the town of Torreblanca with the name of the movement and with my ecological, social, cultural, intellectual, and entrepreneurial empire: The Green Empire of the East and the West or the EL4DEV Confederation.
The third volume, multilingual, entitled Reconquista 3.0 – The Empire of City-States, is framed around the ancient Platonic concept of “city-states” and once again anchored in Torreblanca, Castellón.
This new development is spread across various platforms (in eBook format and in 3 languages).
A comprehensive work bringing together all narratives about the Reconquista EL4DEV will soon be published on numerous platforms, in both print and digital formats, also in 3 languages, reinforcing the idea that Torreblanca is the laboratory of the narrative and my strategy.
In short, I am transforming Torreblanca into both a showcase and an operational base: a central narrative symbol, a field of experimentation, and a communication hub for my Reconquista EL4DEV.
Torreblanca, Castellón becomes the symbolic capital of The Green Empire of the East and the West.
It is not a political capital in the classical sense (since it is a horizontal system), but rather a moral and logistical reference center.
Like Athens for Plato, Torreblanca would become a prototype of the ideal city.
Over time, Torreblanca would remain a symbolic mother-city (like Delphi for the Greeks), while each city-state would be fully autonomous.
